We spent the day exploring the scenic Columbia Gorge with my two sisters today. Sister Holly drove over from Newman Lake in Eastern Wasington. Sister Cher joined us from Scappoose. A Busy Week
Camping and having fun can be hard work! This past week we met Glen, Barb, Cody, Patrick and Bryce and one of their friends, Derrick, at the State Park at Clear Lake California. The first two days were rainy, but that went away and we had lovely sunshine and temperatures up to the mid seventies for the rest of the week. Continue reading A Busy Week
A Mater of Timing:
Well California is still being lashed by a new storm about every three to four days. We get a couple nice days then wham! Today was the day. We decided to make this a travel day and drove the fifty miles over to Monterey California. The rains caught up with us about the time we hit highway one.
